POLICIES

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

Sometimes an additional appointment is required to complete the work. There are many reasons for this and include poor retention of pigment for any reason . This can be because of skin texture and type, age, skin condition, the intentional or accidental picking of the tattoo, bleeding during the procedure, sweating, exercising, medications, health conditions etc. The reason does not matter, it happens sometimes.  (must be scheduled 6-8 weeks after your last follow up or touch up). When booking your first annual touch up, price is based on how much time has passed since your first initial appointment, not your follow up appointment. Please choose the appropriate touch up duration or our booking system will automatically adjust it for you.

HAVE YOU RECENTLY RECEIVED THE COVID VACCINE?

You MUST inform us if you've taken the vaccine, we will not tattoo anyone within 30 days of receiving it. Your body needs ample time to heal & adjust to the vaccine before your technician can break your skin and implant ink so we kindly ask as a precaution that you wait at least 30 days. Your safety is our number 1 priority.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed and are interested in a cover-up/re-work, you MUST email us a clear photo BEFORE booking your appointment. We cannot guarantee results for cases such as these and we MUST approve that your eyebrows are workable. If you do not get your photos approved before booking, and we are unable to work on your eyebrows, your deposit may be forfeited. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, tattoo removal will be highly recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.

Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently.
